"I went here while visiting my mom. I brought my mom with me because she finished physical therapy for back problems and her physical therapist recommended yoga and Pilates. We took the stretchy class. The lady next to me joked that the class is for the “walking wounded.” It is great for people who may have injuries and the instructor recommends modifications as needed. I came out of the class feeling super refreshed and relaxed and my mom said her back felt better! She loved the class so much that she signed up for a package, and she’s super frugal. So if she’s willing to spend money on something, she must really love it! They do have extra mats if you forget yours and they have any prop you might possibly need — blankets, bolsters, different shaped blocks, and straps. It’s an intimate studio, which is great because the instructor can pay attention to everyone and help with corrections if needed. The staff were very nice and welcoming. They also have classes for all levels, from beginners to experts."
